Dutch Master An early flowering traditional variety, this daffodil is the leading favourite with wholesalers and florists alike due to it's bright, and very large trumpet. It is also known for it's thicker and darker green stem, over that of the other early bloomers.Golden Harvest The charactertistics of this daff-flower are similier to that of Dutch Master, although the trumpet is more of a medium size, and it will stay in bud just slightly longer than Dutch Master, once it has been harvested. California This variety has a much thinner stem than other earlies. Again, like Golden Harvest and Dutch Master it is popular; though this time due to it possesing plenty of stem length, and a small bright flowering trumpet. Gigantic Star This is more of an early to Mid-season variety, and consequently is an excellent choice of daffodil to follow on from the Dutch Master. A bright and large flowering trumpet, with a medium to long stem, darker green than the California. Carlton A very well known daffodil in the trade, and one of the most traditional. It is principally a mid to late season flower, with a medium trumpet with medium stem length, and is daffodil you could buy in at early Easter! Standard Value A late season daffodil that, like Dutch Master and also Gigantic star, reveals a large bright trumpet, with medium stem length, and so provides the buyer with a quality flower. It is the backbone of late variety sales in the industry, as the season draws to a close.
